Made using a traditional double-firing method, the pot is kiln-fired twice, with the second firing done using wood and hay at nearly 1200°C. This makes it strong, durable, and safe for gas stoves. The natural black color forms during firing and may change slightly while cooking. Some designs can also work as a clay pot with tap.
