Clay Biryani Handi made from naturally excavated clay and finished using a deep-burned traditional method. It is fired twice in a kiln, with the second firing done at nearly 1200°C using wood and hay. This gives the pot its strength, natural black tone, and makes the clay Biryani Handi black suitable for gas stove cooking.
Clay cooking helps release minerals like iron, phosphorus, and magnesium into food. Since clay is alkaline, it supports pH balance while cooking. The porous body spreads heat and moisture evenly, so biryani and curries cook well without sticking or burning.
